Regent Properties latest development is an 80,000 square foot building developed for the Double Branch Lumber Company. Completed in May of 2007 this building is a 20 ft high, concrete block/metal building with an impressive decorative block facade. It is beautifully landscaped surrounded by a number of Oak and Pine trees. Located on the banks of Double Branch Creek in Hillsborough County this building was built to compliment the surrounding natural habitat. The building has 3 extra-large grade level roll-up doors and heavy duty power. Located just off of Hillsborough Ave. in Northwest Hillsborough County; it also allows for easy access to neighboring Pinellas County.
